HMD Global has begun to push the Android 11 update to two other mobile phones-Nokia 8.1 in 2018 and Nokia 2.3, both of which are now accepting the latest stable version of Google’s operating system Update. For Nokia 8.1, the first wave of markets to receive updates including Bangladesh, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, Macau, Nepal, Philippines, Singapore, and Vietnam. 10% of devices in these markets will now receive updates, and 50% Of devices will receive the update before April 10th, and on April 12th, 100% of the devices should receive the update.
Then at a later time, the second wave of updates will be extended to more countries and regions. For Nokia 2.3, the first wave of markets to receive updates include Bangladesh, Cambodia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hong Kong, Iceland, Latvia, Laos, Lithuania, Macau, Malaysia, Nepal, Norway, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Sweden and Vietnam.
Similarly, 10% of devices in these markets will now receive updates, 50% of devices will receive updates before April 10, and 100% of devices will receive updates on April 12. Similarly, there will be a second wave of updates at some point in the future.

Both devices were updated from Android 9 to 10 before, so the software support they received was better than expected. Especially for Nokia 2.3, the price of this phone is only 129 US dollars when it goes on the market. Last month, HMD Global pushed a stable version of Android 11 update to Nokia 3.2.
