According to the latest report, Verizon has now released the latest One UI 4.1.1 software update for the Galaxy S20 FE 5G in the US. The latest update also included the September 2022 patch update. This software update brings One UI 4.1.1 with Multi-Window features and other enhancements. The latest Android security patch is also included.
Multi-Window
- We’ve added 2 new ways to quickly open Multi-Window: Swipe for split screen and swipe for pop-up view.
- Step-by-step: Open Settings > Advanced features > Labs > Select the option.
Private Share
- You can now edit file names when they are shared in Private Share.
- Step-by-step: Open Private Share > Select sent or received files > Tap the 3 dots for more options > Select Edit name.
Smart View
- Your Multi-View experience has been enhanced to fit your daily usage style.
- You’ll find Multi View options in the Smart View drop-down list.
How To Update:
- Using two fingers, swipe down from the top of the screen, and then tap the Settings icon.
- Swipe and then tap Software update or System updates. It will vary between models.
- Tap Download and install, or Check for system updates. If an update is available it should begin downloading automatically, although you may need to tap Download now on some devices.
- When the download is complete, follow the on-screen instructions to install the update.
