Are you already counting the days or even the hours? It won’t be long before the new Google hardware will start with us. Google is dividing the new hardware into two seasons this year and will be launching the Google Pixel Buds Pro in addition to the mid-range Google Pixel 6a in the summer.
Google Pixel Buds Pro Coming In Less Than A Month: Does That Sound Good To You?
You give your own wireless headphones a new generation and basically pack in everything that the Google Pixel Buds A-Series was missing for the price of only 99 euros. Google agrees with us again these days and again confirms the planned date for the market launch.

Market launch more than two months after the presentation: the waiting time is getting a little long
However, the pre-orders actually only start on July 21st. The actual delivery of the hardware is still a little later. This is slowly becoming a lot of waiting time, since Google officially presented the new hardware in the first half of May. I hope Google will deliver the devices by week 30 at the latest.
This is what the Google Pixel Buds Pro offers:
- Active noise cancellation with Silent Seal
- Up to 31 hours of playback time
- Just say “Hey Google” and Assistant is there for you.
- Transparency mode to perceive ambient noise
- Qi wireless charging
- Bluetooth 5.0, USB-C
- Multipoint for automatic switching between devices
- Waterproof: headphones IPX4, case IPX2
- Farben: Charcoal, Fog, Lemongrass, Coral
- 219 euros (RRP)
Google Pixel Buds Pro do not start alone: ββA bundle is still unlikely
As mentioned, the Google Pixel Buds Pro isn’t alone this summer. The Pixel 6a will also be launched at the same time. There is definitely no such thing as a bundle of both devices. The Pixel Buds Pro are too expensive at 219 euros and the Pixel 6a at 459 euros too cheap.
However, I’m hoping for a bundle of Google Pixel 6a and Pixel Buds A-Series. Insofar as you keep the cheaper headphones in the range at all. In my opinion, Google can also be trusted that very soon there could only be the more expensive Pro model of the Pixel Buds.
