Well in advance, the first details of the next generation of Samsung foldable smartphones are beginning to emerge. Today the first specifications relating to the photographic sector of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 have been leaked.
The first details appear on the cameras of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4
GalaxyClub has obtained information that the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 telephoto camera will be the one already present in the Galaxy S22 series, therefore with a 10MP sensor and 3x optical zoom.
This is a marked improvement over the telephoto lens of the current Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 which offers 2x optical zoom, although the resolution of its sensor is 12 MP. According to the rumor, Samsung’s next foldable smartphone will also inherit the front camera from the Galaxy S22 range and will have a resolution of 10 MP like the Galaxy Z Fold3.
At this point, the Galaxy Z Fold4 is likely to be comparable to the Samsung Galaxy S22 in other lenses as well, such as the 50MP main sensor and 12MP ultra wide-angle lens.
At the moment it is still early to speculate on the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 and Z Flip4, as they shouldn’t be launched before August, however, more details will probably pop up in the next few weeks.
Previous rumors also suggest that Samsung is also working on a multi-foldable device.
