According to well-known tipster Tom Hudson, yesterday Sony sent an email introducing PSVR2 to users. He speculated that since Sony also sent similar emails to users before the PS5 pre-sale, this may indicate that there will be soon A PSVR2-themed showcase.
The information announced so far is only the hardware parameters and features of PSVR2. We have not yet learned more about the actual material and game lineup. I hope Sony can bring us more new information as soon as possible.
Sony sent out a new email yesterday named “Introducing PlayStation VR2” – There was a similar email a couple of weeks prior to the PS5 pre-launch, too.
It could indicate there are plans for a PSVR2 showcase soon as both @GameOverGreggy and @JeffGrubb had heard.
