There is great anticipation from gamers for the updated version of Grand Theft Auto 5 for the latest generation consoles. While waiting for the Rockstar Games title to arrive on both PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X | S, a leak has allowed us to discover more information on the weight of this edition and its preload.
As you can imagine, these details come directly from the PlayStation Game Size Twitter profile, which pulled the information from Sony’s official database. According to what is declared by the user, now known on social networks, the game in its PlayStation 5 version will require a download of 86,837 GB.
The weight refers to version 01.001.000 and we cannot exclude that a day one patch is in the pipeline that will slightly change the size of the download. It should also be noted that the preload should start tonight, or from 8 March 2022, although it is not clear if PS Plus users will be able to start downloading the title so far in advance.
