Although the Google developer team that deals with Wear OS are mainly dedicated to the new platform created in collaboration with Samsung, a little attention is also paid from time to time to the “old” smartwatches, for which in recent months the Mountain View giant has begun to bring important graphic changes.
The system studied by Google is the one that provides for the introduction of Wear OS 3 graphic elements within applications redesigned precisely using its design language and among the examples are Google Maps, Messages and YouTube Music.

Well, this Wear OS-style redesign in the past few hours has also arrived in the System Settings menu: in fact, the reports of users who have encountered a change in the interface are multiplying, which thus presents a more modern design.

The Google team likely implemented this change with an update through the Google Play Store of the Wear OS by Google app (version 2.54).
To date, this update is widely available for Wear OS 2-based smartwatches, including models with Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 3100 processor, which will not be updated to the latest system and can be considered as a sort of effort by the Mountain View giant. to try to give a second youth to older devices.
