What’s new in Mozilla Firefox 92
macOS
- The Firefox browser allows users to access macOS sharing options from the file menu.
- The update makes it support images containing ICC v4 profiles.
- macOS VoiceOver now correctly reports buttons and links marked as “expanded” with the aria-expanded attribute.
- The bookmark menu follows the visual style of Firefox
Improve
- Mozilla has redesigned the certificate error page for a better user experience.
- The update of the Firefox browser ensures that JavaScript memory management is more efficient and uses less memory.
As usual, some issues have been fixed in this version.
- If you install or update Thunderbird after Firefox, the performance of Firefox will not decrease when running with a screen reader and accessibility services and tools.
- An open alert in one tag no longer causes performance problems with other tags using the same process.
WebRender
- Mozilla is planning to provide WebRender with Firefox 92 to all Firefox users, and we must wait to see if the organization has any claims about it.
- So far, arewewebrenderyet reports “Yes” to confirm that WebRender is fully enabled on all devices.
