Intel Core Ultra 5 238V processor appears, equipped with 32GB memory

X platform source InstLatX64 noticed that another Intel Lunar Lake-V processor model appeared in Intel log files. The specific name of this SKU is Core Ultra 5 238V . The core specifications are exactly the same as the previously appeared Core Ultra 5 234V : 8 cores and 8 threads, and a base frequency of 2.1GHz.

The only known difference between the two processors is that the Core Ultra 5 234V platform is equipped with 16GB (16415764K in the code) memory, while the Core Ultra 5 238V is equipped with 32GB (3316 0212K in the code) memory.

The Intel Lunar Lake platform contains up to 32GB of LPDDR5X memory, which is packaged with the MoP of the processor itself. The main difference between each Lunar Lake processor SKU is the memory capacity and L3 cache size.
