Tesla China has officially announced that it has launched a new ETC installation service for the Model 3 refreshed version. The ETC device adopts a fully hidden installation and is built into the IP, requiring no additional wiring.
If the user has installed other ETC equipment, they can install it after completing the contract termination with the old equipment. If a vehicle needs to be towed on a highway section and ETC-related fees are incurred, users can call the 95011 hotline to apply for a refund.
If users choose the ETC installation service launched by the refreshed version of Tesla Model 3, they can go to the nearest Tesla service center for consultation and check the product and service details before installation. After the installation is completed, users need to log in to the WeChat applet Activate in “Shandong Expressway ETC”.
