Honor Pad 9 is now spotted on the GeekBench benchmarking platform. As per the Geekbench listing, the smartphone gets 910 points in single-core and 2462 points in multi-core tests.
The GeekBench listing adds that Honor will ship the device with a top clock speed of 2.21GHz. The listing divulges that the chipset of Honor Pad 9 will have the model number SM6450.
For those unaware, SM6450 is the model number of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC launched in 2022. The chipset will pair with up to 12GB of RAM with the forthcoming tablet.
Honor executives recently started sharing teasers for the launch of the upcoming GT smartphones. The forthcoming Honor 90 GT and Honor X50GT smartphones are tipped to debut as the first Honor smartphones with 24GB RAM.
Honor 90 GT and Pad 9 Launch Date
Honor confirms that the upcoming smartphone will debut on December 21 in China. The event will start at 7PM (UTC + 8) and will be live-streamed through the social handles of the brand.
Honor 90 GT Expected Specifications
Honor 90 GT is said to come with an OLED display with a 1.5K resolution. The panel will offer 2160Hz PWM dimming and a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the device will sport the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, built on a 4nm process.
The device will debut in 12GB + 256GB, 16GB + 256GB, 16GB + 512GB and 24GB + 1TB storage variants. Honor is likely to launch the smartphones in Black, Gold, and Blue colour options.
