According to the latest information, the LG Display applies a new OLED material set ‘RDE’ to Apple iPad Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED).

The next OLED material set ‘RDF’ is expected to be applied first to the Genesis, which is expected to be released next year, and RDG is expected to be applied first to the Apple MacBook, which is expected to be released in 2027.
LG Display is looking to apply a new material set, RDE, to Apple’s OLED iPad Pro, which is scheduled to be released next year. LG Display is applying the ‘RD’ series material set to vehicle OLED and OLED for IT products.
Apple’s first OLED iPad is scheduled to be released next year in two models, 11 inches and 13 inches. Panels are made by two companies: LG Display and Samsung Display.
