However, Google aims to go above and beyond by offering not only in-store and mail-in repair services for the Pixel Fold but also an array of do-it-yourself repair options. Outside the warranty period, customers can avail themselves of the convenient mail-in and walk-in repair services. Furthermore, Google will provide an Extended Warranty (Preferred Care) exclusively for the Pixel Fold, safeguarding customers against accidental damages and mechanical breakdowns beyond the warranty period. This comprehensive coverage is available through monthly plans or one-time payments, with the option for repair or replacement, if necessary, with a deductible.
