Recently, when Android Auto users update their app, some are facing issues like the service can’t work wirelessly. Users can connect their smartphone to the car in two ways through the cable or without it.
On the Android Auto official support forum, some complaints are reported which says when the users updated their Android Auto to 9.5 and 9.6 after that they were unable to connect phones to cars wirelessly. Users also trying to resolve this issue by clearing the app cache and data but it won’t work.
They also tried some other ways like force closing the app, resetting the network and Bluetooth connections, and others but it won’t help.
At last, users also have one more option to solve this like downgrading the Android Auto version to 9.3 or 9.4 but it’s not an official solution but users can try it. When users turned off the automatic updates then it will work. In the coming weeks, Google will provide a fix for this problem.
