There is an issue in the One UI 5.1 operating system which causes an issue with the lock screen of the Galaxy phones. Recently, Samsung is knowing that this issue occurs on their Galaxy devices.
This problem occurs on the Galaxy devices when they updated their phone. The user’s phone screen stopped responding in the middle of the task they are doing on their phone.
The company replied to this by providing a fix for this phone lock screen issue. When the user updated their phone with this recent update this issue is fixed.
At last, users also complain about some other issues than this lock screen problem, like the phone getting slow in performance and some users say decreasing in the battery capacity.
