POCO F5 has launched just 2 weeks ago Globally and in India. A guy bought it new and after some time display started having issues and it even uses a so-called 12-bit display. It could be a manufacturing defect which is normal but what’s surprising is even after re-tweeting and tagging in comments Poco help support and professional CEO of Poco by several users and tipsters, Poco has NOT yet responded to the issues yet.
Poco support is helping but other users with their issues in Poco devices instead of this latest F’king Poco F5 device. Guy has requested for replacement from Flipkart since refunding money is not possible.
Makes a lot of sense why they are giving 2 years of warranty again as quality is still trash. Motherboard issues take time to come forward, But display issues already arrived.
