For organic search, the Play Store search menu’s app recommendations no longer show. Rather they look like paid ads.
We refer to those who bear the label ad. As per Google’s starting description, others are most likely organic recommendations. They show the publisher’s name, Play Store ratings, and the total number of downloads. When it run initially in November it only showed the title.
