High level encryption for Google Messages has been in trying for quite a while. It is different than other messenger apps, it has only been used for completely encrypted conversations with individuals thus far. As the initial users were able to determine, the subsequent step now follows.
It shows that group chat encryption is now available in the stable app version of Google Messages. This function was already in public beta testing for a few months, and it is now finally finished. In the beginning, Google Messages was made for SMS and MMS.
Early in 2019, Google needed to go up against WhatsApp and Co. with the combination of RCS. RCS is the successor to SMS and the “chat function.” You can use it to send photographs, send limitless messages, use video calls, and significantly more.
Lastly, the majority of mobile phone tariffs include RCS, and it comes with Android pre-installed.
