Samsung was recently caught using a different AI for fake zoom images of the moon, but after issues, the company officially opened up a statement and said that its Scene Optimizer feature combines several steps to generate better photos of the Moon.
Now, according to the new report, Samsung’s new photo remaster software is added teeth to pictures of their seven-month-old daughter. As per the user, the baby pic is captured from the newly launched Galaxy S23 Ultra and decided to try the Remaster feature on Samsung’s photo viewer app Gallery. (It’s the default photos app for the phone, and the feature is available on the camera when you visit your photos roll.)
The user uploaded a video also on Twitter to show everyone how Samsung’s One UI photo remaster works. In the video, you can clearly see her daughter’s tongue in her teeth in another picture, which makes it seem like it wasn’t just a one-time mistake.
This is how gross Remastering is on the @SamsungMobile @Samsung #S23Ultra #SamsungS23Ultra. AI casually adding teeth to a 7 month old baby. NO ONE ASKED FOR THIS! pic.twitter.com/X9WUHWS2Hr
