Samsung recently provided One UI 5.0 update based on Android 13 to many older and mid-range devices. However, since the last few week’s Android 13 update, the Fitbit Charge 5 and Lux are not syncing.
This issue has been frustrating for the past few weeks as users are unable to change settings from Stats and Workouts. Recently, Fitbit gave an official statement that it will fix this problem with version 3.73 of its Android app.
Statement: “After installing you should be able to sync your Fitbit device with your Samsung Galaxy Z Flip/Flip phone”.
It’s been almost a week since this thing but still, it is not fully rolled out. Fitbit 3.72 remains the latest release since mid-November, although version 3.11.3.7 was released last week for the Pixel Watch experience. During this update, many Samsung users resolved the problem through a phone update.
