Tesla has this information, even though the California Highway Patrol stated that it could not confirm whether Full Self-Driving was operating at the time of the collision.
Lastly, the Model S was traveling at 55 mph when it crashed and pulled into the left lane before abruptly braking and slowing to 20 mph. This set off a series of events that led to an eight-car collision.
