The Cybernews got reports that a hacker openly sold WhatsApp users‘ data like phone numbers. These users number 487 million and are from 84 countries and some institutes.

Of this large number of users’ phone numbers, around 32 million are from the United States. If talk about others from countries like 29 million from Saudi Arabia, 45 million from Egypt, 5 million from Italy, 20 million from France and Turkey, more than 11 million are British users and 10 million phone numbers from Russian users.
The CEO of Meta Mark Zuckerberg stated that WhatsApp is more secure than other messaging apps. He also said that Whatsapp also has end-to-end encryption on Android and iOS.
