Currently, for Galaxy phones and tablets, Dutch Android 13 update schedule. This is similar happen in South Korea and Germany. With this most Galaxy phones are updated and some are not.

Samsung Netherlands scheduled Android 13 and One UI 5 update
In this list, some name which was mentioned before is now withdrawn. In the Netherlands, Samsung now offered its update schedule for Android 13 One UI 5. There are which receive this update are Galaxy S22, S21, S20, A53, and A33. They also update the Dutch models.
If the focus on the differences with the German schedule is minimal. This is the official Dutch list:
