As per the BIS listing, the base variant of the Galaxy S23 Series i.e Galaxy S23 is spotted with the model number SM-S911B/DS, the Galaxy S23+ is spotted with the model number SM-S916B and the Ultra variant of Galaxy S23 is spotted with SM-S918B/DS.

Seems like the South Korean tech giant also preparing for the new K-Series launch. On the same BIS listing, the new Samsung K- Series model was also spotted with model numbers SM-K741B/DS, SM-K746B/DS, and SM-K748B/DS.
