According to the OnePlus Official Forum, the OnePlus 8 Pro and OnePlus 9R grabbed the October 2022 security patch update based on OxygenOS 12.1. The new update fixed known issues and improved system stability.
As per the report, the latest software update comes with the build number IN2021_11_C.36 for the OnePlus 8 Pro and LE2101_11_C.36 for the OnePlus 9R. You can check the complete changelog which is mentioned below.

Owners of the OnePlus 8 Pro and OnePlus 9R can receive a notification of this update. By chance you don’t receive an update notification then check the update manually by going to the device Settings > System > System settings > Download and Install!
