In August, Google launched its latest os version Android 13 for the Pixel phones. Frequently updates come for Android. To make Android compatible with 64-bit need to stop it for the 32-bit apps. Can expect that Android 14 will support 64-bit apps. Maybe the company planned to launch the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro with support of the 64-bit but they launched them without 32-bit apps support.
It means Android makers try to encourage other app developers to build their app or update the previous app to 64-bit. Currently, not frequently see the 32-bit-based device. Most of the devices are working on upgrading to 64-bit. So can expect that in the coming days on 64-bit supported devices in the market.
On Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro when the users try to install the 32-bit apps they got an error message. Android expert Mishaal Rahman said that Android on this phone is not supported for 32-bit apps. At the time of the hardware releases the whole code maybe not updated this could be reason could be the reason for not supporting it.
I just asked someone with a Pixel 7 Pro to confirm (H/T @AdamConwayIE), and it indeed seems like the Pixel 7 series ships with a 64-bit only build of Android 13!
This means that 32-bit apps like Flappy Bird can’t be installed. https://t.co/DD9BgRnVz8

Lastly, if you are not facing this problem then In play didn’t get the option of the 64-bit apps. Until you try to download the sideload old APKs. Maybe for this issue company provide some solution in the coming days.
