Realme officially rolled out Realme UI 4.0 based on Android 13 early access for the Realme 9 Pro 5G.

Recently, Realme announced its latest upcoming UI called Realme UI 4.0 based on Android 13 and also the company announced the adaptation plans for the update. After the many news and some official statements now the public beta update is here.
Just a few hours ago, the Android 13 Early Access update rolled out for the Realme 9 Pro+ 5G device. This update is only available in India.

What is the Early Access program?
This is a beta program that allows our realme fans to experience the whole new features of realme UI 3.0 based on Android 13 for the first time. Keep in mind that being early software there might be bugs and some apps might not work properly. It might not be recommended to install the Early Access software on your primary phone.
What do I need to know before joining Early Access?
Disclaimer – Thoroughly read and understand the disclaimer below before applying:
- Please make sure your phone is not rooted.
- To prevent data loss, please back up your personal data before proceeding.
- Some third-party application versions might not be compatible with Android 13 yet, after updating these applications might not be available or crash on your device. Therefore, it is recommended to update all your applications to the latest version available on the Play Store before your update.
- The Early Access versions may have an unpredictable impact on your phone and affect daily use.
- Please ensure that the available phone storage is more than 10 GB. Otherwise, there will be a risk of update failure (To check the phone storage head to Settings > Additional Settings > Storage).
- Due to unpredictable factors such as network communication and strategy adjustment, it is not possible to guarantee that every applicant will receive the update. In case the update is not received, we suggest you patiently wait for the official release.
Early Access Application
- Make sure your Realme GT 2 5G has a 60%+ battery.
- Update your device to the required UI version → RMX3312_11.A.19 / RMX3312_11.A.20
- Apply for Early access via the Software Update Application channel:
- (Settings → Software Update → Tap on the settings icon in the top right corner → Trial Version → Apply Now → Submit your details and finish the quiz).
How do I roll back to Android 12?
Read the disclaimer below and follow the instructions to roll back:
- Make sure your Realme 9 Pro+ 5G has a 60%+ battery.
- Update your device to the required UI version → RMX3392_11.A.12 / RMX3392_11.A.13
- Apply for Early access via the Software Update Application channel:
- (Settings → Software Update → Tap on the settings icon in the top right corner → Trial Version → Apply Now → Submit your details and finish the quiz).
Step 1: Download the rollback package onto your phone’s directory.
Step 2: Locate and install the rollback package:
- Settings → About phone → Click on the “realme UI 3.0 based on Android 12 Software Version” banner at the top → Click on the three dots in the top right corner → Local install → Find and tap the rollback package to roll back to the previous version.
