As per the recent reports, Tesla already rolled out Tesla FSD Beta 10.69 update but this update is restricted to only 1000 Tesla Car owners, but it will soon roll out widely. Talking about the current topic, Tesla has already indicated that Tesla wants to pack user profiles into the cloud.
According to the latest report, Tesla released a new update with version number 2022.24.5 which adds the cloud profiles feature. The update will be distributed gradually to all users from now on and the update brings a little more with it.
The cloud stores data on your seating position, steering wheel position, the position of your mirrors, autopilot settings, climate control preferences, navigation data and media content. This option is available for all existing Tesla Cars.
Tesla describes the new ‘Tesla Profiles’ in the release notes of 2022.24.5 (via Not A Tesla App):
Keep your settings and preferences synchronized across all supported vehicles using your Tesla account, including:
- Mirror, seating and steering wheel adjustments
- Autopilot, driving and climate control preferences
- Navigation, media and data sharing preferences
You can set up your Tesla Profile from Driver Profile settings and change your profile picture from the Tesla Mobile app.
