In past months, we hear only about the Android 13 beta version and now the Android 13 stable version comes finally for Pixel phones. Users of the stable version notice the appearance of the Unified Pixel launcher is changed or face some disappearance issue. One of the best features of Pixel’s phone is, that it unifies the web and device. The search bar at the bottom of your home screen exists the same as before. The top of the app grid appearance also exists in this OS.
Unified Pixel launcher face disappearance:
- When users update their OS beta to stable, they now do some manually sideloaded updates and received the small on-device OTA. These all issues occur in some devices Pixel 4a, Pixel 6, Pixel 6 Pro, and Pixel 6a units.
- In the Unified Pixel launcher’s search box Google logo, microphone, and lens icon disappear. The company explains that all these issues will be fixed in the next release. These can be fixed from the server side and any app can’t resolve this.
