According to the latest report, Angstronomics released the latest parameter information of the Navi31, Navi32 and Navi33 GPUs used by the AMD Ryzen 7000 graphics card.
Navi31
- One GCD + four MCD chip design, 12288 stream processors, 96MB unlimited cache, possible 192MB 3D cache version, 384-bit video memory width.
Nav32
- One GCD + four MCD chip design, 7680 stream processor, 64MB unlimited cache, 256-bit video memory width.
Nav33
- Single-chip design, 4096 stream processor, 32MB unlimited cache, 128-bit video memory width.
As per the report, the GCD of AMD’s new GPU (Graphics Card Unit) uses TSMC’s 5nm process, while the MCD (Cache Unit) uses TSMC’s 6nm process. The public version of the AMD RX 7000 graphics card uses up to a three-fan design and dual 8pin power supply, which may mean that AMD will not use the latest 16pin graphics card power supply interface.
