Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra carrier-locked models grabbed the August 2022 security patch update in the US with the build number N98xUSQS2FVG6. This update is available on AT&T, Comcast, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Xfinity Mobile.
After the unlocked variant received this update, now this time, the Galaxy Note 20 series received an August 2022 patch update in Asia, European, and South American markets with the build number N98xxXXU4FVGA. While the China and Hong Kong August 2022 patch appeared on the N98x0ZSS3FVG6 build number.

Samsung Galaxy Note 20 series received an August 2022 patch update in the US. This update comes via Verizon and it comes with the build number N981USQS2FVG6 and N986USQS2FVG6 for Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra.

Now, the Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra grabbed the same patch update. We don’t have an official changelog. The new software update is currently rolling out in Mexico.
The latest software update for the Galaxy Note 20 and the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra comes with firmware version N986U1UEU2FVG5 and the size package of this update is around 307MB.
Owners of the Galaxy Note 20 lineup can receive notification of this update. By chance you don’t receive an update notification then check the update manually by going to the device Settings >> Software updates >> Download and install.

Sensors on the phone include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, barometer, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and in-display fingerprint sensor. The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 supports face unlock.
