Elden Ring also made excellent numbers in June 2022 in the USA, so much so that it occupied the first position in the general sales ranking and entered the top 10 of the best-selling games ever in the area.
This is a great result, we imagine unexpected also by Bandai Namco and FromSoftware (publisher and developer), considering also that the game was released in February 2022.

However, the ranking also sees other surprises: Overwatch is back in the top 20 (fifth position) for the first time since 2019, thanks to the launch of the Overwatch 2 beta, which took place on June 28, 2022. Final Fantasy VII Remake instead climbed up to the ninth position, having occupied the 159th in May 2022. The reason for the renewed success is to be found in the announcements made for the 25th anniversary of the original game, in particular, that of the sequel: Final Fantasy VII Rebirth.
It was from May 2020 that Square Enix’s game hadn’t entered the top 20 USA. Monster Hunter Rise for Nintendo Switch is also back in the top 20, following the launch of the Sunbreak expansion. Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba: The Hinokami Chronicles for Nintendo Switch, however, allowed the game to reach the fourteenth position.
Let’s read the top 10 USA of June 2022:
