Xiaomi 12S Ultra
Xiaomi’s new ultra-premium smartphone features a 6.73″ AMOLED display with a 2K resolution. The 12-bit curved display supports a 120Hz refresh rate. Using LTPO technology, the phone refreshes the refresh rate from 1Hz to 120Hz.
Inside the Xiaomi 12S Ultra is the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. There is up to 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage. A 4,860 mAh battery with 67 watts of fast charging, 50 watts of wireless charging and 10 watts of reverse wireless charging support powers the device. Xiaomi has included its Surge P1 and G1 chipsets for better battery management.
On the back is a Leica-tuned triple camera setup. The Xiaomi 12S Ultra has a 50MP Sony IMX989 1-inch sensor. It is accompanied by a 48MP ultra wide-angle camera and a 48MP periscope camera with up to 120x hybrid zoom. The phone also features a 32 MP front camera.
The 12S Ultra runs Android 12 and MIUI 13 out of the box. The phone also features an in-display fingerprint sensor, Harmon Kardon-tuned dual speakers, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, 5G, 4G VoLTE, etc.

The Xiaomi 12S Ultra comes in three storage options. The base model comes with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It is priced at CNY 5,999, while the model with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB internal storage costs CNY 6,499. The 12 GB and 512 GB storage variant costs 6,999 CNY. The Xiaomi 12S Ultra is available in black and green colors.
Xiaomi 12S and Xiaomi 12S Pro
The Xiaomi 12S series was presented in China. The lineup includes a Standard, Pro, and Ultra variant. This is about the Xiaomi 12S and Xiaomi 12S Pro, the Xiaomi 12S Ultra is then treated separately.
The Xiaomi 12S and 12S Pro differ only slightly from each other. Starting with the display: the regular variant has a 6.28″ display, while the Pro model is equipped with a larger 6.73″ display. Both phones offer an AMOLED panel with FullHD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 120 Hz.

Both have the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 working under the hood. Both have up to 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 512 GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The Xiaomi 12S is powered by a 4,500 mAh battery with support for 67 watts of wired charging, while the Pro model has a 4,600 mAh battery with support for 120 watts of wired charging. Both smartphones also feature 50-watt wireless and 10-watt reverse wireless charging.
The Xiaomi 12S and 12S Pro have other common features such as an under-display fingerprint scanner, Gorilla Glass Victus protection on the front and back, Android 12 OS with MIUI 13 on top, Dual SIM support, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, dual-frequency GPS, IR blaster, NFC and a USB Type-C port.

The Xiaomi 12S starts at 3,999 yuan for the base 8GB + 128GB model, while the 8GB + 256GB model costs 4,299 yuan. The 12GB + 256GB and 12GB + 51 2GB configurations cost 4,699 yuan and 5,199 yuan, respectively. The above configurations of the Xiaomi 12S Pro cost 4,699 yuan, 4,999 yuan, 5,399 yuan and 5,899 yuan.
