Halo 5: Guardians was supposed to include an interesting 3D interface which was then abandoned by the development team in favor of a more traditional solution. Well, a leak revealed UI videos and images.
In our Halo story special, we highlighted the mostly narrative criticalities of the fifth installment of the Microsoft series, but there is no doubt that such a captivating interface could have added something to the experience.

Moreover, it is funny to note, as revealed by Rebs Gaming, that the multiplayer sector of Halo 5: Guardians should have been called Halo Infinity Games, thus placing itself as the online platform that we then actually saw debut in Halo Infinite.
Why did 343 Industries then decide to cancel that type of setting? It may be that navigating the interface on the first Xbox One turned out to be too cumbersome, or that those proven solutions were impractical.
How about, would you have liked such a three-dimensional interface in Halo 5: Guardians?
