In January this year, the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE was launched. By convention, the next-generation product of the Samsung FE series should be named Galaxy S22 FE, but the latest news points out that the Galaxy S22 FE has been cancelled. The tipster @Yogesh Brar revealed on social platforms that it is certain that Samsung will not release the Galaxy S22 FE.
The reason may be that the FE series conflicts with the S series flagships. Take the Galaxy S21 FE as an example. The machine was released in January this year. Just a few weeks later, Samsung launched the Galaxy S22, which uses the updated Snapdragon 8.
Not seeing any active development on the Samsung Galaxy S22 FE. Safe to say, we won’t be seeing one this year.
Don’t know why there were rumours about it being powered by Dimensity 9000.

The processor, while the Galaxy S21 FE uses the Snapdragon 888 processor, in the case of a generation difference in the processor, the Galaxy S22 is only $100 more expensive, and the price is more advantageous.
Therefore, there is no need for Samsung to launch the FE series product line. It has been reported that Samsung not only canceled the Galaxy S22 FE but may not update the FE series in the future.
