The General Manager of the Diablo series, Rod Fergusson of Blizzard, took the opportunity offered him by a recent interview to address a topic dear to many fans of action RPG on consoles, namely the possible port of PlayStation, Xbox and Switch of the blockbuster mobile Diablo Immortal.
To the microphones of JeuxVideo, the exponent of Blizzard Entertainment has considered it appropriate to offer clarifications to fans who want to know whether or not there is room for the transposition of Diablo Immortal to the console in the company’s plans.
Fergusson first underlined how the changes that the developers are making to the PC version and the interventions for the support of the controllers concern only and exclusively the editions currently available of Diablo Immortal, namely those for iOS, Android and, indeed, PC systems.
Without this due clarification, the General Manager of Blizzard however stressed that “never say never” to the future eventuality of the development of one or more ports for the consoles of the PlayStation, Xbox and Switch family.
