According to the latest report, the users can receive this update on the build number G998BXXU5CVEB, G996BXXU5CVEB and G991BXXU5CVEB for the Galaxy S21 Ultra, Galaxy S21+ and Galaxy S21, respectively.
Owners of the Galaxy S21 can receive notification of this update. By chance you don’t receive an update notification then check the update manually by going to the device Settings >> Software updates >> Download and install.
