Elden Ring’s servers are currently offline, which means that players cannot take advantage of the game’s online features, such as PvP and PvE. Currently, FromSoftware is performing server maintenance which will be followed by the publication of Update 1.05.
As revealed on Twitter, the maintenance of the Elden Ring servers will end at 11:00 this morning, June 13, 2023. At the end of the work, version 1.05 will be published, the details of which are still unknown. FromSoftware has promised that it will publish the official update notes once the maintenance is complete.

From the new patch, we can expect corrections of various more and less known problems, as well as possibly also improvements in terms of performance.
