The Samsung Galaxy XCover 6 Pro has appeared in the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) certification database. The release of the robust outdoor smartphone should therefore be just around the corner.
The device had previously appeared on several other certification sites such as the Bluetooth SIG, GeekBench and the Google Play Console. The current FCC listing reveals that the smartphone will be equipped with a 25-watt quick charge function and 128 GB of internal memory.
The Samsung Galaxy XCover 6 Pro appeared on the FCC website under the designations SM-G736U and SM-G736U1. Previously, the model was called Galaxy XCover Pro 2, but for some reason, it was changed to Samsung Galaxy XCover 6 Pro.
The device will have a 6.6″ TFT display with a FullHD+ resolution of 2,408 x 1,080 pixels and a refresh rate of 60 Hz. Inside will be the Snapdragon 778G, supported by 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. Android 12 and a 4,050 mAh battery are also included.
As for the cameras, the smartphone will have a 50 MP main camera, with an 8 MP UWW camera. On the front, there will be a 13 MP camera.
