The focus mode also gets a do not disturb mode, which only shows you really relevant notifications, etc. The start menu of Windows 11 22H2 has the option to convert the pinned area of the start menu into a selection of folders. Oh, and you can now drag and drop files into applications that are stored in the taskbar.
