Microsoft today rolled out the Android 12.1 update of the Android subsystem to all Windows 11 preview channel members, which was previously only available to the Dev preview channel. The latest updated Android subsystem version number is 2204.40000.19.0, and the updated content is consistent with the previous update.
One of the important new features is support for advanced networking, which means Android apps can connect to other devices on the same physical network as the laptop, such as security cameras or speakers.
