For some time there has been talking of the arrival of the next-gen patch of Assassin’s Creed Origins, already spotted at the end of 2021, a recent update of PlayStation Game Size had made us think of an imminent launch, between 24 and 26 May, but in reality, the debut of the update could be postponed.
To date, Ubisoft has not yet announced anything specific about it, limiting itself to unveiling a new update for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, but we know that Assassin’s Creed Origins will arrive on Game Pass on June 7 and according to PushSquare this will be the date of publication of the update. 1.60 which will enable support for 60fps on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X / S.
It is certainly probable that the game will be updated on the occasion of its debut on Xbox Game Pass and at the same time Origins would receive the same update also on PlayStation 5, the date to be marked on the calendar, therefore, seems to be that of 7 June 2022.
In recent months, Assassin’s Creed Odyssey has been updated for PS5 and Xbox Series X / S while Origins has not yet undergone the same treatment but Ubisoft seems ready to ” relaunch ” the game by making it available on Xbox Game Pass and optimizing the technical sector for consoles of the current generation. We will probably know more in a few days.
