A week ago, Google introduced the Pixel Buds Pro, which should be available from the end of July and should bring some of the strengths shown on the big stage. However, technical data has been reserved, so it is only now gradually coming to light. A certification has now revealed the power with which the smart headphones can be charged.
According to the current plan, the Pixel Buds Pro will be available from the end of July and will bring the strengths already announced. We have already summarized in detail in which countries the smart headphones will be available and in which colors you would like to offer them. Both information can be found in the following two articles: Colors & Availability.
Now it has become known through a certification with which performance the headphones can be charged because so far Google had revealed neither the performance nor the capacity or other technical data. The charging power is said to be 2.5 watts with wireless Qi charging, which is just as high as that of the second generation of Pixel Buds. This puts you far behind products like Sony Buds with a good 5 watts, but ahead of the Apple AirPods with 1.7 watts.
Of course, the Pixel Buds Pro will also have reverse charging again. This means that the case is charged and transfers the energy to the earbuds when it is inserted. You don’t have to do without enjoying music even during the time-delayed charging.
