Xiaomi continues its march to the completion of the 2022 mobile line up and this also implies the arrival of wearables such as the Band 7, which finally begins to be seen “officially”. In fact, the first certification for the new Xiaomi smart band arrives, which now seems really close.
Xiaomi Band 7 still produced by Huami: all the details of the first certification
The first Xiaomi certification, specifically from TENAA, comes from the leaker Digital Chat Station, which shows us the device with model number M2129B1 produced by Huami. For the uninitiated, to date, the Xiaomi Mi Band has always been produced by the affiliate who created the Amazfit series and then also by Zepp and the new smart band of the giant led by Lei Jun makes no difference.
The fact that it is not an Amazfit but a Xiaomi product is given precisely by the model number, usually associated with this type of device. So what does the certification of the Xiaomi Band 7 bring us? To tell the truth, not much, if not some transmission frequencies and little else. In fact, we can already sketch something in terms of specifications as we know that it will have a larger display and a larger battery, as well as some software tricks.
Unfortunately, we remain in the field of indiscretions and to date, we have nothing official. So we just have to wait for the next few weeks to better understand when and how this smart band will arrive, which is taking a bit of a wait but that really seems to be upon us.
