Smartphones and tablets of the Samsung Galaxy family can count on a built-in photo editor app that is highly appreciated by users, as thanks to it you can crop images, add various effects and make newly captured photos special.
The team of developers of the Korean giant has recently started the release of a new update of the Image Editor application with the implementation of a series of bug fixes.
What’s New in Samsung’s Image Editor App
The Korean manufacturer occasionally adds new features to its photo editing app, as for example happened in recent months on the occasion of the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S22 series, when new tools for removing objects were introduced in the app. And so today the latest Samsung Galaxy smartphones and tablets allow users to remove shadows and reflections from photos and images with some simplicity.
The latest update released by the team of developers of the Korean giant does not introduce new functions, limiting itself to making the resolution to some of the bugs encountered by users with previous versions of the application (and this could also vary depending on the device you are considering).
The new version of the app has a “weight” of about 118 MB and should improve overall the experience offered to users (unfortunately in the official changelog reference is made generically to “bug fixes”).
How to update the app
To download and install the update to the latest version of Samsung Image Editor, owners of one of the Korean giant’s smartphones can open the Galaxy Store, tap the hamburger menu button at the top left of the screen and select Updates.
But you can also proceed to update the app from within the application itself, by tapping on the notification regarding the availability of the new version.
