Google has released the Chrome browser in version 100.0.4896.127 for Windows, macOS and Linux. A security update that, according to Google, closes two newly found vulnerabilities, one of them has a severity rating of “High”.
Google informs that the vulnerability, listed under CVE-2022-1364, is actively exploited. Access to error details is not available until the majority of users are provided with a correction version – a common procedure.
Google will also keep restrictions if the bug exists in a third-party library on which other projects depend in a similar way, but which have not yet been fixed.
