Microsoft is currently distributing the new Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 22598 for all Insiders in the dev and beta channel. However, the company informs directly that the new build brings hardly any new features, but rather all sorts of bug fixes.
In addition, they are currently experimenting with an automatic start of the app “Get Started”, which should start automatically with some insiders after the upgrade to help them get started with the current system.
For devices that have just completed a clean reinstallation of the system, Microsoft activates Windows Spotlight as the default background in the new build.
For the first time, 4K wallpapers will also be loaded there. Very useful for all insiders who occasionally listen to Spatial Audio via their system: The small notification on the volume icon in the taskbar can now show you when Spatial Audio is active. Be sure to take a look at the current changelog for build 22598, which is extremely extensive.
