In recent months, Google has brought the dictates of Material You into many of its applications, even starting to introduce them into its own application for making calls. Now it’s the turn of the Google Phone numeric keypad, which further redesigns the look.
In recent years, the Google Phone application has been profoundly renewed, going from being a fairly simple application to being one of the most complete applications for making calls in the entire Android landscape, equipped, among other things, with a very useful system caller ID identification and a spam filter to prevent unwanted calls.
New graphics for the Google Phone number pad
In light of the process of completing the transition to Material You, Google is releasing a new graphic update of the numeric keypad in its Google Phone app. The renewed graphical interface for the numeric keypad of Google Phone first of all increases the size of the keyboard, enclosing the numeric keys within ovals (as already seen in the Google Calculator or in the Android 12 lock screen).
When the keys are pressed, they return pleasant visual feedback, with a wavy effect that expands outward from the point where it is pressed. The gallery below shows in great detail the graphical renewal of the Google Phone phone keypad.
How to download Google Phone with the new look
The stable version of Google Telephone with this novelty is version 77 and can be downloaded for free through the Google Play Store by all users in possession of a compatible Android smartphone. Obviously also in this case it is possible to manually download and install the APK of the latest version through the APKMirror portal.
