The PSN not working issue reported after the PS4 and PlayStation 5 firmware update appears to have receded. On the afternoon of Wednesday 23 March, the PlayStation Network Status portal confirms that Sony’s leading online services are free of connection errors.
By opening the PSN Network Service Status, at the time of writing (18:00 on 23 March) the Sony portal in fact signals the return to normality and the correct functioning of functions such as Account Management, multiplayer services for Games and Social accessible from PlayStation consoles and all the functions associated with the PlayStation Video platform. The PlayStation Store is also fully operational.
The only service of the Japanese technology giant that, at the moment, continues to present problems is PlayStation Now: interventions to restore full operation of Sony’s game streaming platform continue and, for this reason, the Japanese company is turning to subscribers for explaining to them that they may “have difficulty streaming games to PS Now. We are trying to fix this quickly. Thanks for your patience. ”
