OnePlus plans to keep it busy until September, as it has a bunch of Nord phones, TWS earbuds, smartwatch products to release. A recently leaked roadmap gave us a detailed look at the company’s full-year plans. One phone missing from the roadmap, however, is the OnePlus 10.
Normally, OnePlus launches two models every year (OnePlus 8, 8 Pro / OnePlus 9, 9 Pro), but this time the brand is only launching the OnePlus 10 Pro in China. While the OnePlus 10 is thought to be non-existent, it seems like the phone will soon see the light of day. The OnePlus 10 and OnePlus Nord 2T names were recently spotted on an import database listing.
The OnePlus 10 may be hitting the European market sooner than you might think, as the phone was spotted on an import database listing alongside the OnePlus Nord 2T, revealed by grapevine Mukul Sharma. We believe the company has not forgotten about the device and is working hard to launch it. The OnePlus Nord 2T has been part of the rumors for the past few weeks.
Unfortunately, the European import database listing hasn’t revealed much more about its hardware specs. Not much has been leaked about the OnePlus 10, but we can speculate that it could feature a Snapdragon 8-gen chipset, a 120Hz AM OLED display, support for 80W fast charging, Android 12, 5G connectivity, and storage options up to 256GB.
As for the specs of the OnePlus Nord 2T, it is said to feature a 6.43-inch FHD+AMOLED display with a punch-hole selfie camera, 2400×1080 pixel resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. It is said to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1300 chipset, and it may run on OxygenOS based on Android 12.
Allegedly, the OnePlus Nord 2T will feature a 4500mAh battery with support for 80W SuperVOOC charging. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, and a USB Type-C port for charging and data sync. The phone will likely have an in-screen fingerprint sensor for security and possibly a 3.5mm audio jack.
In terms of optics, the OnePlus Nord 2T will have three cameras, including a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 primary sensor with OIS support, f/1.9 aperture, and 8-megapixel Sony IMX355 ultra-wide lens with f/2.25 aperture, and a 200-megapixel Sony IMX355 ultra-wide lens Megapixel f/2.4 monochrome sensor. It is thought to have a 32-megapixel selfie camera on the front.
